"I don’t usually get excited about dealing with insurance, but working with Joshua at State Farm was honestly a great experience. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. Insurance can get confusing fast, but Joshua broke it down without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. On top of that, he was just genuinely friendly and easy to talk to—which goes a long way these days.
